Lean Philosophy Training<\/div>\n<\/p>\n

We at KORFEZ believe in the potential of lifelong learning and development, thus we keep working hard to improve ourselves. We went to Metra Industrial Products, which has adopted the lean philosophy in all of its units, with our department managers and operators there to confirm that this is also being used in all of our units. After a presentation by Onur Usta, a Metra Industrial Products partner, we were given a complete 5S training that includes both classroom teaching and hands-on experience in the field of knowledge.<\/p>\n

As a token of our appreciation, we’d like to thank Onur Usta and the rest of the Metra Industrial Products family for their willingness to lend us their knowledge.<\/p>\n
