For Korfez Foundry, quality involves a process that goes beyond the final inspection. Our quality process starts with material inspection at the beginning of an order, continues throughout production and then post-delivery. Each employee has adopted the quality vision of Korfez Foundry.

We offer high-quality solutions by finding solutions with the least impact on the environment. Our quality, which is certified with ISO EN 9001-2015 certificate by TÜV-Nord, is always checked for excellent performance in our products and customer satisfaction.

Quality Control processes performed by certified staff according to EN-norms are as follows:
  • Chemical Analysis (Every melt charge is double checked with the spectrometer to secure the required chemical composition)
  • Dimensional Control
  • Mechanical Tests (Hardness, Tensile, Bending, Impact Test)
  • Microstructure
  • NDT (Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Radiographic, Liquid Penetrant Test)
